    • Awarded mechanical services contract for 4 Star Green Star Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre Redevelopment of 25,000m²
    • Awarded mechanical services contract for Old Treasury Building Hotel, heritage building re-development with 48 luxury boutique suites 
    • Awarded mechanical services contract for Greenskills Trade Training Centre, the first 6 Green Star rated educational and training facility in WA. 
  • 2012
    • Moved the South West Division headquarters to Bunbury 
    • 2012: Awarded mechanical services contract for WorkZone office and retail of 30,000 m² over two 7 level buildings. 5 Star NABERS/5 Green Star Rated Office “As Built” 
    • 2012: Awarded mechanical services contract for QIII, Queens Riverside, 26 levels and 267 luxury apartments
