Riverton Forum Shopping Centre is located to the south of Perth City. The shopping centre has been redeveloped to include an additional mall area with a total of 30 tenancies and an alfresco dining area.

The existing mall areas have been remodeled to provide a more modern environment, revitalizing the local area and providing the community with exceptional shopping experiences. The shopping centre remained operational during the upgrade, which required exceptional coordination between a considerable numbers of subcontractors.

The mechanical services component comprised of multiple packaged systems along with ventilation and specialist smoke exhaust systems all integrated via DDC control system.
