Garden Office Park is a 4 level office development located in Osborne Park. The building includes a dual level lobby, ground floor car park, two levels of office space and a mechanical deck.

The building was designed with all aspects of energy efficiency to achieve a 4.5 Star NABERS Energy rating. Double glazed windows and Bondor roof sheets assist in providing high energy efficiency properties to the development.

The principle elements of the mechanical Services installation are as follows:

  • Four heat reclaim VRV systems
  • Two heat pump VRV systems
  • One reverse cycle inverter DX ducted system
  • Five ventilation systems
  • One ducted outside air system
  • Fully integrated Building management control system
